Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Pinners Haven, Inc. collects, why we collect it, how we share it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we need to run the service, and we never sell your personal information.

Who we are and what this covers
Pinners Haven, Inc. (“Pinners Haven,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at pinnershaven.com and the Pinners Haven application, an AI-assisted Pinterest automation service that helps you create, schedule, and analyze pins.
This policy applies to the website, the application, our browser tooling, and any related services that link to it (together, the “Services”). It does not cover third-party services you connect to Pinners Haven, such as Pinterest — those are governed by their own privacy policies.
Children’s privacy
The Services are not intended for anyone under 13 years of age, or under the minimum age required to consent to data processing in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at privacy@pinnershaven.com and we will delete it.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and password. When you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor collects your billing details on our behalf — we do not store full card numbers. We also collect the content you create in the Services, such as pin titles, descriptions, images, and board assignments.
Connected Pinterest accounts. When you connect a Pinterest account, authorization happens through Pinterest’s official OAuth flow. We receive an access token and the profile, board, pin, and analytics data that you authorize. We never receive or store your Pinterest password.
API keys you supply. If you choose to bring your own AI provider API key, we store it encrypted and use it only to run generation on your behalf. You can remove it at any time from your account settings.
Information we collect automatically. When you use the Services we collect device and browser information, IP address, approximate location derived from your IP, and usage data such as pages viewed and features used, through cookies and similar technologies.
Information from third parties. We receive data from Pinterest as described above, and from analytics and infrastructure providers that help us operate and secure the Services.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Services; to generate, schedule, and publish your pins; to surface analytics and freshness insights; to process payments and manage subscriptions; to secure accounts and prevent abuse; to communicate with you about your account, updates, and support; and to comply with our legal obligations.
We may use aggregated or de-identified data — which does not identify you — to understand usage and improve our models and features.
Legal bases for processing
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal information on one or more of these legal bases: performance of our contract with you to provide the Services; your consent, where we ask for it; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Services, balanced against your rights; and compliance with legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Service providers. We share information with vendors that process it on our behalf to run the Services — for example hosting, storage, analytics, email delivery, and payment processing — under contracts that limit their use of it to providing services to us.
Pinterest. We share the data necessary to publish, schedule, and analyze content on the Pinterest accounts you connect, at your direction.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information where required by law or legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Pinners Haven, our users, or the public.
Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your personal information.
Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, measure usage, and improve the Services. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, through our cookie preferences. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Services function.
Your rights and choices
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time from your account settings, and you can revoke any connected Pinterest account’s access. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To opt out of marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any such email; we will still send you service and account messages. To exercise any privacy right, email privacy@pinnershaven.com and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Data retention
We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. After you close your account we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
Data security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, including encryption of data in transit and encryption of stored secrets such as access tokens and API keys. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International data transfers
We operate internationally, and your information may be processed in countries other than the one in which you live, including countries whose data-protection laws differ from yours. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
