About Pinners Haven

Everyone redesigns the pin. We rethink the angle.

Pinners Haven started as one operator’s tool for running his own Pinterest portfolio. It worked — quietly, on autopilot — so we opened it up to everyone the design wall had locked out.

From the founder

“I’m an operator selling the tool I actually use — not a marketer pitching vaporware.”

I’ve run niche sites for over a decade. Pinterest was always the channel with the most upside and the most pain — I was paying VAs to pin, burning the same templates into the ground, and still couldn’t make the designs look like anything other than a template.

So I built a tool to do it for me: write a fresh angle for every search, design the pin, and publish it on a safe, human pace. It made $100 a month from a single site before I ever showed it to anyone. Real experiences, real results — no fake guru promises.

Pinterest shouldn’t require a designer, and it shouldn’t cost you your weekends. That conviction is the whole reason we opened Pinners Haven up.

  1. 2012 · Kiambu, Kenya

Started building niche sites at 19. The first blog got de-indexed and died — lesson one.

  2. 2016 → 2020

Scaled an affiliate blog to a six-figure business on Amazon and Mediavine, then exited a site for a five-figure sum.

  3. Today

Running my own Pinterest portfolio on Pinners Haven — and opening it to everyone the design wall kept out.

What we actually built

More than a pin scheduler with an AI sticker

Most tools redesign the image and call it automation. Here’s what’s really running under the hood — the part the rest of the category doesn’t even have a field for.

The part nobody else has

Twenty angles per topic. Not one.

Pinterest rewards relevance to different searches. More angles means more keyword surface — more shots at distribution from the same post.

No more template sameness

Hundreds of on-brand pins. Never the same template twice.

A new image, new colors, and new text is exactly what Pinterest counts as a fresh pin — and fresh pins get priority.

Stay out of the spam pile

Automation that doesn’t get you flagged.

The number-one fear with automation is getting throttled or banned. We make sure you don’t look like a bot.

Written for search, not captions

Titles and descriptions built to rank.

Long-tail, naturally-placed keywords are the single biggest ranking lever Pinterest exposes.

Consistency without the grind

Your schedule, on autopilot.

Consistent, spaced-out fresh pins is the cadence Pinterest’s algorithm rewards — done automatically.

Intent over vanity

Know what’s actually landing.

Pinterest rewards intent — saves and clicks. You should be measuring it, not guessing on impressions — and the engine quietly favors what’s already working.

Results

Operators and first-timers, same tool

From hundred-site portfolios to bloggers who swore they couldn’t do Pinterest.

I was paying two VAs $600 a month each to pin for my niche sites. Pinners Haven does it better, on brand, and I check it on Sunday with coffee.

I run a finance blog. I cannot design to save my life. This is the first time Pinterest has actually sent me traffic — because the pins finally look good.

The Freshness Meter alone is worth it. I used to burn templates into the ground without realizing it. Now I get told when to swap before reach drops.

What we believe

Three things we won’t compromise on

Operator-built

We run our own portfolio on Pinners Haven. If a feature doesn’t earn its keep for us, it doesn’t ship.

Access over gatekeeping

Pinterest shouldn’t require a designer. Our mission is to remove the design wall for everyone behind it.

Safe by default

We’d rather grow a little slower than gamble with your accounts. Compliance isn’t a feature — it’s the foundation.

The mission

Make Pinterest possible for the people it left out

The grind kept operators stuck and the design wall kept everyone else out. We’re tearing down both — one on-brand pin at a time.

Your Pinterest, running itself by this time next week.

Connect an account, pick your niches, set your rules. Then check in for 30 minutes a month.
